Adult Christian Formation
Promotes individual community and parish ministry, as instructed by Christ, to “go into the world to love and serve the Lord.” Special instructions for adults are formatted during the year to offer information and study of issues and topics of special interest to adult members of the parish. In addition, special instruction takes place, as constituted, during the year for Confirmation instruction, pre-baptismal instructions for parents, godparents and adult baptism candidates.
Life issues may include, but are not limited to, pre-marital conversation, end of life issues, including pre burial service arrangements, living will information, stewardship, and current topics of interest.
